Thomas is a seasoned recruiter with a background in Construction recruiting and IT sales.  Prior to founding BIM Recruiting, LLC, he was Vice President of Carolina Search Group, one of the largest Construction recruiting companies in the Southeast.  Before Carolina Search Group, Thomas worked at Nimble Storage and at BMC Software.  At Nimble Storage, his skills and initiative helped the company become one of the fastest growing data-storage companies in the United States and, ultimately, launch a successful IPO.  While an employee at BMC Software, Thomas was part of an exceptional company that was recognized as the eighth largest software company in the world. Thomas received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with a double major in Economics and Management, from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
