Thomas Perry is a seasoned recruiter with a background in Construction recruiting and IT sales.  He has double major from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in Economics and Management.  He was formally the Vice President of Carolina Search Group which is one of the largest construction recruiting company in the Southeast.   Before Carolina Search Group, he worked at Nimble Storage and BMC Software.  At Nimble Storage, he helped the company become one of the fastest growing data storage companies in the United States and have an successful IPO.  While at BMC Software, the company was able to become the 8th largest software company in the world.
